Our version uses Backwoods Single Malt Whisky matured in White Oak Barrels, lengthened with chilled soda water and finished with a little lemon. The result is a bright, refreshing whisky cocktail that lets the character of the whisky shine through.
Ingredients
- 60ml Backwoods Single Malt Whisky, White Oak Barrels
- 120ml soda water
- Ice
- Lemon, to garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the whisky and soda water.
- Give it a gentle stir to combine.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lemon.
