VISIT OUR DISTILLERY

We invite you to head up the hill and into the ‘backwoods’ to visit our craft distillery.

We are a working distillery door with all milling, mashing, fermenting and distilling happening on site.

Our tasting room offers the chance to sample a tasting paddle or sip on a cocktail from our seasonal menu. And you will have a full view of our beautiful copper stills while you enjoy your drinks.

If you love what you taste, there are always bottles available for purchase (including exclusive distillery door releases!)

We recommend booking a table for tastings/drinks (especially for groups) as our small space can fill up quickly.

Our menu caters for all visitors and includes tasting paddles, cocktail drinks, beer and Capi soda's for the non-boozers.

For groups larger than 8 please contact us to make your booking (this helps us with staffing).

NEED A NIBBLE?

We offer a DIY platter fridge, where you can create a grazing board to enjoy with your tasting or cocktails. We also have packs of chips and local jerky to satisfy your snacky needs.
