Our production area is on display, so you can see where the magic happens.

All our mashing, fermenting and distilling happens at the distillery door site. If the team’s free, we’re always happy to talk whisky, explain the process, and share a bit of the Backwoods story.

It’s a rare chance to experience a working distillery up close - and one of the things that makes a visit here so special.
