Made with 100% Victorian-grown fresh juniper, this is gin at its most local.

Most juniper used in Australian gin is imported and dried before it reaches the distillery. We’ve been lucky enough to source fresh juniper grown right here in Victoria from Mt Wombat Juniper, and it makes all the difference. Using the berries fresh brings a vibrant, bright pine character to the spirit that you simply don’t get from dried juniper.

The result is a soft, silky gin with a bright citrus kick, layered with fresh piney juniper, light florals and a touch of herbaceous bitterness. Native botanicals including thyme, lemon aspen and kunzea leaf add another layer of Australian character without overpowering the star of the show: fresh juniper.
