Inspired by Michael’s contemporary menu and his deep appreciation for Japanese flavours, this gin offers a truly unique and sophisticated drinking experience.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

G&T: Serve over ice with Capi Dry Tonic, a slice of grapefruit and sprig of thyme.

Gin Fizz: Serve over ice with Capi Grapefruit soda and a slice of lime or grapefruit.

French 75: Pour 50ml of Provenance Gin, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1tsp sugar syrup in a shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top up with Champagne. Garnish with strip of lemon peel.
