The Perfect Pairing: Rye Whisky Aged in Aussie Corn Whisky Casks

Experience a rye whisky like no other — a bold, modern expression of award-winning Australian rye whisky.

Our Rye Whisky White Oak is crafted with 100% Australian-grown rye and barley, then matured in American white oak barrels that previously held Australian corn whisky from Whipper Snapper Distillery in Perth.

This unique pairing brings together the peppery spice of rye with the creamy, caramel sweetness left behind by the corn whisky casks — creating a rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced whisky with unmistakable Australian character.

Recognised on both national and international stages, this expression has taken home Silver at the World Whiskies Awards and Gold at the Australian Spirits Awards, cementing its place among today’s standout Australian rye whiskies.
