Our Special Reserve Series is where we showcase one-off whisky bottlings that celebrate the best of our grains, barrels and craftsmanship at Backwoods Distilling Co.
This ultra-limited release is made from 100% Australian barley, smoked with native red gum wood and matured for five years in American oak casks that previously held corn whisky. The result is a beautifully perfumed, smoke-driven single malt with rich fruit, buttery depth and lingering campfire character — a whisky that’s unmistakably Australian.
With fewer than 200 bottles produced, this is one of our smallest releases ever — a true collector’s bottling.
