This series is all about celebrating the best of what we do — exceptional local grain, unique barrels, and the regional character that defines Backwoods.

Crafted with 100% Australian-grown barley from the Riverina and matured for five years in ex-Chardonnay barrels from the Adelaide Hills, this expression is bright, elegant and beautifully balanced. Expect notes of orange oil, mango and pineapple, layered over a soft malt backbone and delicate floral character. The Chardonnay cask contributes freshness and vibrancy, creating a whisky that is expressive, refined and unmistakably Australian.

Recently awarded 92 points at the International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC), this whisky continues to earn recognition from some of the industry's most respected judges.
