Crafted with 100% Australian-grown barley from the Riverina, this whisky captures the soft, rounded texture and delicate complexity that only these traditional grain varieties can offer.

Matured in Chardonnay barrels from the Adelaide Hills, this expression is bright, fruity and beautifully layered. Expect orchard fruits, florals, and a buttery texture lifted by lively acidity. It's fresh, elegant and unmistakably Backwoods.
