Malt profile: Backwoods signature malt spirit, crafted from three varieties of Australian malted barley

Cask profile: Red Gum timber barrels, second fill from the 2021 release. Aged three years.

Tasting profile: Raspberries, burnt citrus, spice and campfire notes
