Our version combines equal parts Backwoods High Country Gin, sweet vermouth and bitter orange liqueur. It's simple to make, beautifully balanced and best enjoyed slowly over ice.
Ingredients
- 30ml Backwoods High Country Gin
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- 30ml bitter orange liqueur
- Ice
- Orange, to garnish
Method
- Add the gin, sweet vermouth and bitter orange liqueur to a rocks glass.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Stir for around 10 seconds.
- Garnish with a wedge of orange.
